Project Kick-off

We’ll draft your first 3D design for free. Once you’re ready to commit, we’ll head over for a site survey, polish the final details, and officially book your spot.

04 / Week four

Plans & quote

A second showroom session walks you through three plan options, a finishes board and a fully itemised written quote.

THREE THINGS FIRST

Three plain promises about this booking

It is free, today and after. The first 60 minutes, the first design direction, all included. Nothing is invoiced until you commission. We just ask for a commitment once you’re ready to take that first design and turn it into a reality.

It is not a sales pitch. Bernard and Simona are designers, not salespeople. We don’t have monthly targets. If your project isn’t right for us we’ll say so and recommend someone who is.

It is not a script. The questionnaire above is what we ask everyone, but a one-line message and a phone number is enough. Ring 020 8933 5133 if you’d rather skip the form.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes – and the 3D design too. We charge once the project is commissioned and we move into production drawings, not before. we don’t invoice a penny until you commission the project.

Once you love the initial vision, we’ll ask for a commitment to move into the full survey and technical production drawings.

Will I be pressured to commit on the day?

No. The first session is a conversation, not a pitch. Most clients commission six to eight weeks after the first visit, often after seeing a second studio for comparison. We expect that.

What should I bring?

Whatever you have. A floor plan if you have one, an estate-agent plan if not. Phone photos of the room. Pinterest boards or magazine pages welcome.

Can I bring a partner or builder?

Yes, encouraged. Two-person decisions land more cleanly when both are in the room. If you have a builder or architect you’re working with, please bring them, we like working alongside trades who already know the project.

Can I reschedule?

Any time, by reply to the confirmation email or a phone call. Up to the evening before the appointment is fine, no fee, no friction.
