From first consultation to final fit, Victoria Kitchens handles every stage in-house. Free consultation, full-colour 3D renders, a detailed itemised quote, then Stefan and the team install it, with no subcontractors and a five-year workmanship guarantee.

In-showroom, at home, or virtual. No floor plans required, a sketch and some photos will do.

Full-colour 3D renders

Photorealistic images and 360° views of your kitchen before a penny is spent.

Itemised quote

Every cabinet, every handle, every hour of installation listed line by line. No moved targets.

Old kitchen removed

We strip out and responsibly dispose of your existing kitchen, appliances safely disconnected.

In-house fitters

Electrics, plumbing, underfloor heating, tiling, appliance install, all under one contract.

Snagging & 2-year guarantee

A visit four weeks after handover, plus two years on cabinetry, hinges and paintwork.

THE PROCESS

Five steps, about sixteen weeks

STEP 01

Visit the showroom

Walk four full kitchens. Open the drawers, feel the finishes, press the Quooker. Stefan, Simona or Bernard will meet you. Tea is on us.

STEP 02

Design together

You’ll have a chat with our designers where they will listen, and understand how you actually cook. Within a week you get full-colour 3D renders and an itemised preliminary quote.

STEP 03

Sign off & manufacture.

Once the design and the quote are right, we place the order with the British or German workshop. Weekly updates until delivery day.

STEP 04

Installed by our team

Stefan oversees every fit personally. Our own fitters handle the entire job. Typically finished in ten to fourteen days.

STEP 05

Snagging & aftercare

Four weeks after you move back in, we come round for a snagging visit. Hinges adjusted, anything that has settled fine-tuned.
